The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first ones. Why not break down your weight loss goal into smaller goals starting with the easier ones. For instance..


Eat at least 5 small healthy meals a day

Drink plenty of water and stop drinking soda

No more refined sugar

Use your fist to determine portion size

Do cardio 30 to 60 minutes
