Is she too thin or have we just gotten used to seeing Black women overweight? Jennifer Hudson has been taking some heat for being too thin from her fans who have watched her drop major pounds as the spokesperson for Weight Watchers. She has never been this thin and as photos emerged of the actress in a bra and jeans combo, fans had mixed reactions for the new look. Earlier in her career, she was told she was too big, now she is too thin; seems like no matter what she does people will have something to say.
Clearly she has lost a lot of weight and is not shy about showing off a new svelte look that goes very nicely with the newly cut coif hairstyle that seems to really accentuates very pronounced  features of her face. However, according to alantablackstar.com the weight loss is for a new movie titled ”The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete”, where she plays a heroin addict named Gloria.

Sarah Massey who proudly told reporters she once broke a toilet  due to her 7 foot circumference behind is now looking for encouragement from her BWDW Sisters to get healthy and fit! She regrets the interview  for giving her a negative portrayal for feeling good about her weight and is now working with her trainer Sheila Simmons  who has helped her lose over 100 pounds! Sheila says that working with Sarah is a blessing because she is the sweetest and kindest person she has ever known. Sarah knows that feeling sexy can only get you so far but your health is your first wealth and she is capitalizing by changing her lifestyle for the better.

Trainer Sheila Simmons says that Sarah’s challenge is to get under 400 pounds by eating for the next two weeks a 1200 calorie diet.  “She has one protein shake for breakfast, a veggie meal for lunch, and a meat and vegetable at night. Her snack is a bag of 100 calorie almonds or a piece of fruit. This is for the next two weeks.
