A graduate from the University of North Texas – Health Science Center Master’s of Public Health program received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Working as a Public Health Administrator for Black Women Do Workout, LLC in confronting issues to help reduce the health risk such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease associated to obesity with African American women, children and other minority groups. Statistical data regarding an international obesity crisis is acquired by reaching out to over 500,000 followers in local, national, and international communities through the use of social media, online services and our www.staging.blackwomendoworkout.com website.
