My IG account it @misslalaworks. Started on my weight loss journey about two years ago. I’m a presenter as well as a blogger. I run an award winning UK blog called The Lala Report, which posts on popular culture. Markell- 73 pounds down!

I have been over weight my entire life   When I started to play basketball, I started to gradually lose the weight. My senior year of playing I was in the best shape of my life, but after I graduated life hit me. I gained over 40 lbs in a year not taking care of my self. I had to relearn what works best for me and my body. It’s an everyday struggle but I have lost 36 lbs since and 73 overall. @calidreamfitness Markiell S.
