My name is Brianna (@carbsdontkillmyvibe) and I started my weightloss journey in 2012 after I finished graduate school and realized that I had gained 50lbs! Weighing 187lbs I never exercised, ate tons of fast food, was depressed and unhappy with my body. When I stopped going out and taking pictures because I was so unhappy I knew I had to make a change. I cut out fast food, began eating clean and working out 5x per week. Slowly but surely the weight began to fall off and in 2 years I lost 50lbs! My weight loss has been completely natural as I have never “dieted” or used pills or products to get my results. I think this has been a big part of me being able to maintain my results! Since I have lost the weight I continue to eat clean, workout 5x per week and am now looking into becoming a certified personal trainer so that I can help other people attain their health and fitness goals. Not too long ago I started @carbsdontkillmyvibe as a way to document my weightloss journey and hopefully inspire others to make a healthy lifestyle change!
